About Us
Welcome to On the spot, a technology platform built to democratise internet commerce for everyone in India. Our mission is to make online shopping inclusive, highly affordable, and accessible for the next billion users, bringing a vast and diverse marketplace directly to your fingertips.
We bridge the gap between traditional retail and digital convenience by empowering a multi-sided ecosystem of consumers, sellers, logistics partners, and content creators.
1. Consumers
We are dedicated to serving the diverse needs of consumers across India, with a special focus on Tier-2, Tier-3 cities, and rural markets ("Bharat"). On the spot brings you access to a massive, highly affordable selection of everyday lifestyle goods—spanning fashion, home, beauty, and electronics—without compromising on quality or value.
2. Sellers
We believe in leveling the playing field for small businesses. On the spot empowers individuals, micro-enterprises, and first-time digital entrepreneurs to sell online effortlessly. Through our seller-friendly ecosystem, we provide unorganized retail businesses with national market access, secure digital payment solutions, and the technical support needed to scale.
3. Logistics Partners
To ensure seamless delivery even in the remotest corners of the country, we operate an asset-light, partner-led logistics marketplace. By integrating regional delivery fulfillment networks, we optimize supply chains to provide cost-effective, reliable, and highly scalable shipping solutions for our ecosystem.
4. Content Creators
Modern commerce thrives on authentic connection. On the spot collaborates with independent content creators to drive localized product discovery. By leveraging creative storytelling and digital engagement, our creators help users find exactly what they need, making online shopping more interactive, trust-driven, and fun.
